The liberal media and the Obama-Reid machine have done an
excellent job of hiding and diminishing what we’re calling
Elena Kagan’s “stained dress.”

Remember the Clinton-Lewinsky affair? Clinton denied any
wrongdoing until the stained dress was presented. That
dress provided the undeniable proof confirming Monica
Lewinski’s testimony.

We have the equivalent of Elena Kagan’s “stained dress”
in hand-written notes she wrote proving that she personally
manipulated a scientific finding of the American College
of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ (ACOG) that helped
sway the Supreme Court to rule in favor of partial-birth
abortion.

Not just a memo from her desk, but her actual
hand-written notes!

These handwritten notes prove that Kagan
willfully and intentionally altered evidence
presented to the Supreme Court purely to
push a radical pro-abortion agenda!

Kagan’s efforts compromised ACOG’s scientific
findings and caused the Supreme Court to issue
a ruling on corrupted grounds.

Here’s the timeline, detailed by former deputy assistant
attorney general Shannen Coffin in the National Review
(see link at the end of this message):

1. Kagan, while working for Clinton, received a draft of
ACOG’s scientific finding that was being prepared for
submission to the federal courts in a key partial-birth
abortion case.

2. ACOG’s draft stated that ACOG “could identify no
circumstances under which [partial-birth abortion]. . .
would be the only option to save the life or preserve
the health of the woman.”

3. Kagan noted in an internal memo that ACOG’s finding “would
be a disaster” to Clinton’s position to keep partial-birth
abortion legal.

4. So Kagan sent a memo to ACOG suggesting new language
for ACOG’s scientific finding on partial-birth abortion.
Specifically, Kagan recommended ACOG say that partial-
birth abortion “may be the best or most appropriate
procedure in a particular circumstance to save the
life or preserve the health of a woman.” Kagan’s note
totally warped the meaning of ACOG’s original statement.

5. This statement — hand-written on the memo by Kagan —
was included word-for-word in ACOG’s final submission to
the courts. The courts then relied upon ACOG’s supposed
science, with no knowledge that a Clinton political
operative named Elena Kagan had corrupted the entire
process.

The result? Because Elena Kagan corrupted evidence before the
Supreme Court, the horrendous partial-birth abortion procedure
remained legal for years — and our legal process all the
way up to the Supreme Court was tarnished.

Again, an act that amounts to tampering with evidence was
never disclosed to the Supreme Court.

Willard, this memo is Kagan’s “stained dress.” She
must be held accountable. No Senator should consider
awarding Kagan with a seat on the high court when the
tampering of evidence by any other attorney can lead to
being disbarred or imprisoned!

The Senate vote on Kagan is imminent. If you are outraged

Astoundingly, during the Senate Judiciary hearings, Kagan
did everything in her power to avoid taking responsibility
for corrupting ACOG’s scientific conclusion.

Sen. Hatch directly asked Kagan, “Did you write that memo?”
After first trying to avoid the question, Kagan barely
acknowledged that “the document is certainly in my handwriting,”
yet never admitted to being the author of the statement.

If Kagan had not written the note in her own hand, she
probably would not have ever admitted to knowing of the
document!

But we have her handwriting…

We have the equivalent of her “stained dress”!
