Left-wing talker Mike Malloy using obscenities to refer to prominent conservative women is no problem for a liberal media too busy focusing on fantasies of “right wing hate speech.”

For years, the so-called “news” media have been actively demonizing conservative radio talk show hosts – labeling them as mean-spirited, divisive or worse in an attempt to paint their common sense conservatism as extreme.

While the liberal media were relentlessly targeting conservative hosts like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and others, they were silent about the vicious and vile rhetoric spewing from left-wing radio hosts …

Since 2007, the Media Research Center has carefully documented the outrageous rhetoric of left-wing radio hosts. These are the same hosts that attempted to smear Rush with phony quotes about slavery or attacked Sean Hannity for reporting about Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers. We’ve compiled a sample of the more revolting quotes in our just-released special report entitled The Real Radio Hatemongers: Left-Wing Radio Hosts’ Track Record of Vile and Vicious Rhetoric.

Willard, it’s not surprising that MRC researchers and analysts were quickly able to uncover a treasure-trove of over-the-top hate rhetoric from most of today’s top left-wing hosts. Ed Schultz made this charming remark about his conservative talk radio colleagues:

“I really think there are conservative broadcasters in this country who would love to see Obama taken out.”

Or this one from Mike Malloy: “[Representative Michele Bachmann is] a hatemonger. She’s the type of person that would have gladly rounded up the Jews in Germany and shipped them off to death camps … This is an evil b**ch from Hell.”

While numerous journalists repeatedly attack conservatives for supposedly hateful speech, the silence from the left about a sexist slander of a Congresswoman who has helped to raise 23 foster children is deafening!

There was no outrage because the liberal media not only support this kind of hate-filled rhetoric; they actually fan the flames so long as it is aimed squarely at conservatives or conservative leaders. As our special report reveals, it is “OPEN SEASON” on conservatives and conservative ideals, and it has been for quite some time.

Imagine the response if Rush or Sean said such things?

The liberal media would be calling for their heads, and demanding greater federal control over the airwaves to keep these kinds of slanderous attacks from taking place.
