NEWT GINGRICH
Newt Gingrich’s column this past weekend outlined how terrorists use OUR 1st amendment right of free speech to intimidate and threaten the American people. He believes that they should not be allowed to do this. He is absolutely right! These people are not American citizens. The are not entitled to the protections of our constitution! Whether they come to this country and run their mouths or they run them from some cave or spider hole in Iraq they are not American citizens!. They have no right to threaten the American people or our way of life in the name of Allah! The constitution, while protecting the rights of AMERICANS, also protects against threatening and slanderous statements, not only from foreign entities, but from other Americans. If one American threatens another, that person can be charged with a crime, but if a leader of another country (Iran) threantens Americans, it is perfectly acceptable according to world standards. However, if an American President threatens a foreign country or world leader, he is condemned worldwide and is expected to apolize or his resignation is demanded by the rest of the “civilized” world!
Lets get real here, America and her people should be able to protect themselves against foreign abuse of Our rights! If these people want first amendment protection, they should move here, become citizens and live happily ever after. If they are not willing to do that, they should shut the hell up and keep their threats to themselves. As far as America protecting itself, we should be allowed to shut down terrorist friendly websites, terrorist training facilities and whatever other dark forces they throw at us!
Now, shutting down terrorist websites is not as easy as it may sound. Unfortunately, must of these sites are operated from locations outside America. We have no way of blocking them. Bombing the internet is not an option . So we pass legislation to try to blackball these sites from American internet providers. Hopefully, this will reduce access to terrorist websites from terror cells in this country. There are no guarantees. Anyone foreing and domestic can add a link to his or her site. I don’t konow if there is a way to stop it.

The way to stop the internet terrorism is by frequently reviwing these sites.
Our goverment can slap sencorship on everything they choose.
We do reaserch on lyrics,books,movies,cartoons,even so called freedom of the press .
So why is it we can not filter Isp’s .
A law needs to be passed warnig the providers that it is not exceptable for these things to filter trough.
If they can monitor child porn and potential child molesters they can spot a bomb recipe or threat.

It is not rocket scinece.
Who cares about the perfect game or word program do something useful.
